Role Overview

The Senior Florist at Ren Gift & Flowers will spearhead the design and execution of elegant floral compositions for daily orders, special events, and celebrations. This full-time position based onsite in Dubai involves overseeing the entire floral process—from flower selection and conditioning to design planning and timely order fulfillment. You will engage with customers to understand their preferences, offering expert advice on styles, color schemes, and themes. Additionally, you will manage decoration setups for events and in-store displays, ensure inventory and quality standards are upheld, and assist in training junior staff members. Working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure efficient workflows is a key responsibility.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive expertise in flower arrangement and floral design across a variety of occasions and styles.
• Strong creative abilities to conceive new themes, color combinations, and decorative concepts.
• Excellent customer service aptitude with the capability to listen actively, provide tailored advice, and engage effectively with diverse clients.
• Experience in event and spatial decoration, including coordinating onsite setups under time constraints.
• Several years of professional experience as a florist, ideally in senior or leadership roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of flower care, handling, and preservation methods, including seasonal flower varieties.
• Well-developed organizational and time-management skills with a focus on detail and quality control.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and busy seasons, as business demands.
• Basic proficiency in order or point-of-sale management systems; retail or gift shop experience preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous in a multicultural setting.
