About Harrison.ai
Harrison.ai is revolutionizing healthcare by developing AI-driven diagnostic tools that assist clinicians in delivering earlier and more precise diagnoses, enhancing patient care globally. Our mission is to expand healthcare access worldwide, addressing the shortage of human expertise with AI co-pilots, ensuring timely, high-quality healthcare for everyone regardless of location.
Role Overview
This Senior Financial Analyst role operates across six regions and multiple business divisions. Reporting directly to the CFO, the individual will manage financial analysis related to squad-level profit and loss statements, contracted annual recurring revenue (CARR), and contributions to board and quarterly business review (QBR) presentations. The Finance team is reconstructing its systems using NetSuite and Salesforce with Databricks as a reporting layer, allowing you to help shape the group's unified financial reporting framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly management reporting cycles for squad and entity-level P&L, including variance analysis against budgets and detailed explanatory commentary.
- Develop and maintain fiscal year budgets and rolling forecasts for squads and entities using the Australian financial year (July 1 – June 30).
- Report on CARR, monitoring new, expansion, and churn activities, ensuring reconciliation between Salesforce opportunities and signed contracts, collaborating closely with sales teams.
- Construct unit economic models for SaaS products and teleradiology services for pricing decisions per study and per site.
- Prepare board and QBR materials for the CEO Office, and assist investor relations through detailed financial analysis.
- Collaborate with data teams to enhance NetSuite and Databricks data pipelines, enabling automated, queryable reporting instead of manual Excel rebuilds.
- Support audit processes, statutory reporting, and IPO readiness, including controls documentation and segregation of duties.
- Provide financial deal support for commercial tenders, pricing, business cases, incorporating legal limits of authority checks.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A, transaction services, or investment banking.
- Expertise in multi-entity, multi-currency financial consolidation with foreign exchange translation.
- Advanced financial modeling capabilities, including three-statement and driver-based models.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python sufficient for self-service data extraction, along with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Capability to compose clear and concise financial commentary directed at executive and board-level audiences.
Preferred Qualifications and Traits
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Databricks platforms.
- Understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue metrics like ARR, net revenue retention, and cohort analyses.
- Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to pre-IPO or public company reporting standards.
Why Work With Us?
- Innovate with AI technologies that fundamentally improve patient health globally.
- Collaborate with diverse, talented professionals across international teams within a culture fostering trust and autonomy.
- Benefit from strong financial backing by top-tier investors like Aware Super and Blackbird Ventures, with over US$240M raised.
- Access comprehensive professional development including annual learning budgets, mentoring programs, and cross-team projects.
- Enjoy flexible working arrangements with options for work-from-home and adaptable schedules.
- Receive inclusive family support policies addressing fertility, parenthood, loss, and grandparenthood stages.
