Position Overview

Wealthlink Recruitment is partnering with a Chartered Financial Planning firm in the West Midlands seeking a Senior Financial Adviser to manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients. This hybrid role in Birmingham offers a salary range of £80,000 to £120,000, plus bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enduring, trustworthy relationships with private clients and their families.
• Lead the provision of comprehensive financial planning and strategic advisory services.
• Create and tailor advanced lifestyle and wealth planning strategies based on the specific goals of each client.
• Own the ongoing management of client relationships, including regular reviews and strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with colleagues across financial planning and operational teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to clients and their families.
• Recognize evolving client requirements and proactively modify financial strategies accordingly.
• Guide clients through important life milestones, financial choices, and times of change.
• Uphold excellence in technical accuracy, professional standards, compliance, and quality of service.
• Participate in enhancing the firm’s financial planning offerings and contribute to broader company growth.
