Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, addressing their needs and queries promptly.
• Manage guest orders to guarantee prompt preparation and delivery of all items.
• Facilitate coordination between kitchen staff and service team to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere strictly to food safety regulations as per the National Environment Agency (NEA) policies.
• Implement waste reduction measures and maintain accurate records of any disposals.
• Actively promote and sell the full range of food and beverage products to walk-in customers.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly using the POS system and accurately report daily cash intake during shifts.
• Record daily sales and ensure all food and beverage items and products are accounted for correctly.
• Maintain and organize documentation and reporting for shifts on a daily basis.
• Oversee stock ordering and inventory control, ensuring the availability of the latest products and updated catalogues within Coffee Houses and Boutiques.
• Create visually appealing merchandise displays that guide customers throughout the Coffee Houses and Boutiques.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant F&B Retail Manager in daily operations while mentoring and guiding team associates.

Qualifications and Attributes

• A minimum of three years’ experience in retail, food and beverage, and luxury sectors is preferred.
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• A proactive, hands-on approach is necessary, along with strong drive, assertiveness, and efficiency.
• Demonstrates high initiative and maintains a positive attitude at all times.
