Role Summary

This position as a (Senior) Expert HR Data Analytics invites you to shape an inspiring and motivating work environment within Corporate Functions - Performance & Reward. Locations

Available in multiple German locations including Düsseldorf, Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Köln, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Mannheim, München, Nürnberg, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop appropriate algorithms and models to prepare critical decision-making data.
• Create tailored dashboards utilizing modern business intelligence tools.
• Validate hypotheses by identifying patterns and correlations within data sets.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop reporting and analytics tools.
• Present structured insights tailored to various audiences and reporting demands.
• Independently identify and progressively develop processes necessary to enhance the entire value creation and engagement chain.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics with a focus on Statistics, Data Analytics, or a comparable qualification.
• Preferably initial professional experience in analytics and/or project management.
• Comfortable working with large datasets within highly confidential environments.
• Basic programming knowledge in R, Python, SQL or similar, along with experience in business intelligence tools such as Qlik, Sense, or PowerBI.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a strong commitment to high-quality work results.
