Role Overview

Join our Corporate Functions - Performance & Reward team and help create an engaging and motivating work environment. We design concepts and programs related to career development, benefits, recognition, and performance-based compensation. Secure shared success with us as a Senior Expert in HR Data Analytics based in Hannover or other German locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced algorithms and models to prepare decision-relevant data.
• Create custom dashboards using modern business intelligence tools to facilitate insights.
• Validate hypotheses by uncovering patterns and correlations within datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customized reporting and analysis tools.
• Present structured data insights tailored to various audiences and reporting needs.
• Independently define and evolve necessary processes throughout the entire value creation and engagement chain.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics with emphasis on statistics or data analytics, or a comparable qualification.
• Preferably initial professional experience in analytics or project management.
• Comfortable handling large data volumes in a highly confidential setting.
• Basic programming skills in R, Python, SQL or similar languages and familiarity with BI tools such as Qlik, Sense, or PowerBI.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with a high standard of work quality.
