Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Executive with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate thorough knowledge of the insurance policy lifecycle, including new business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. You will be expected to consistently achieve and maintain quality standards, productivity goals, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between 12 and 36 months of experience in P&C Insurance operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire policy lifecycle processes.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quality metrics, specifically target CPR, productivity targets, and SLA requirements.
- Must not be under any active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or disciplinary proceedings.
- Exhibit strong ownership mentality, keen attention to detail, and strict adherence to defined processes.
