Overview
This position entails overseeing Glo-Q’s direct-to-consumer website along with its e-commerce technology stack, handling platform integrations, analytics frameworks, and the overall IT infrastructure. Candidates should possess substantial expertise in D2C e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, website performance optimization, third-party integrations, and digital operations management. A strong combination of technical aptitude, analytical problem-solving skills, swift execution, and business acumen is essential.
Key Duties
- Manage the daily administration and upkeep of the Glo-Q D2C website ensuring seamless operation.
- Guarantee excellent website uptime, fast loading speeds, responsiveness, and an optimal user journey.
- Collaborate with developers, agencies, and designers to implement site updates and enhancements.
- Create landing pages, product pages, and campaign-specific web content as needed.
- Continuously monitor and improve conversion rates and checkout processes.
- Optimize mobile user experience ensuring it aligns with premium standards across devices.
- Supervise the e-commerce platform (Shopify or similar) and its associated applications regularly.
- Manage integrations spanning payment gateways, CRM, ERP, logistics, analytics, and marketing tools.
- Coordinate deployment of third-party tools including GoKwik, Razorpay, Klaviyo, WhatsApp automation, among others.
- Ensure seamless API connectivity and data synchronization across systems.
- Resolve technical issues pertaining to the website, plugins, and integration points.
- Implement and manage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion APIs, and tracking frameworks.
- Maintain precise attribution models and event tracking across digital platforms.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports reflecting site and business metrics.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams to augment campaign tracking and effectiveness.
- Observe user behavior and analyze website funnel efficiency.
- Spearhead website security measures, data safeguarding protocols, and platform stability.
- Administer domains, hosting services, SSL certificates, data backups, and user access controls.
- Oversee routine preventive maintenance and address emerging issues promptly.
- Comply with industry best practices concerning cybersecurity and protection of customer data.
- Manage internal IT systems and software access rights.
- Assist with product listing uploads, inventory synchronization, pricing, and catalogue upkeep.
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain divisions for managing order-related integrations.
- Ensure seamless operation of checkout, payment solutions, shipping processes, and customer communications.
- Drive automation of workflows and operations wherever feasible.
- Manage relationships with website development agencies, IT vendors, and platform collaborators.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and automation advancements.
- Ensure timely and accountable project delivery from external partners.
- Oversee scheduling, testing phases, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate across marketing, operations, customer service, and finance departments.
- Support tech requirements for marketing campaigns, product introductions, and company growth plans.
