Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer primarily focused on backend development within Attain Healthtech, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining platform performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include crafting resilient backend solutions, solving intricate technical problems, and ensuring the platform’s efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve complex backend challenges and design robust solutions
• Take full technical ownership of software projects, focusing on building reliable, scalable, and user-centered backend systems
• Lead backend code development, testing, deployment, and production release processes
• Create thorough documentation including data flow diagrams, test cases, and code annotations
• Diagnose and fix backend issues based on feedback from users and stakeholders
• Advocate for and implement backend development best practices, maintaining clean and standardized code
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance to enhance their development skills
• Participate actively in architectural design meetings and technical decision-making

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience in test-driven development environments
• Proficient in building, deploying, and managing APIs using AWS infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to create scalable and intuitive backend applications
• Strong grasp of backend technologies, architectures, and best practices
• Skilled at translating requirements into effective backend solutions
• Experienced in validating and testing backend code thoroughly
• Excellent communication skills for written and verbal technical documentation
• Familiarity with tools like GitHub and Jira for version control and project management
