Job Overview
A multinational company specializing in HVAC product manufacturing, located in Talegaon, Pune, is seeking a Senior Engineer or Assistant Manager for the Planning department. This role involves overseeing production planning and scheduling to ensure smooth manufacturing operations aligned with sales demands and plant capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on current sales orders and the capacity of the manufacturing plant.
- Issue work orders and closely track compliance with production schedules.
- Collaborate actively with the Production, Stores, and Procurement teams to streamline operations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Have 8 to 10 years of experience specifically in Production Planning and Control within a reputed HVAC data center or electrical product manufacturing setting.
