Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking Senior Dynamics 365 Developers to provide expert technical contributions for CRM development, customization, integrations, and Power Platform implementations. This role involves supporting production environments, resolving complex issues, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet client CRM needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Create and support custom plugins, workflows, actions, Power Automate flows, PCF controls, and front-end scripting using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Build and manage Power Platform applications including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Develop enterprise-grade integrations leveraging Azure Functions, REST APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
• Work extensively with C#, .NET Framework and Core, SQL Server, Web APIs, and apply standard design patterns.
• Administer and troubleshoot Dynamics CRM on-premises environments, including database queries, stored procedures, reporting, and system support.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment procedures across development, testing, UAT, and production stages.
• Diagnose and solve complex technical issues, production incidents, and integration failures while optimizing performance.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including functional consultants, analysts, architects, business and infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
• Implement integrations with external systems using secure, scalable patterns, focusing on security models, role-based access, field security, and authentication within Dynamics 365.
• Utilize DevOps tools for source control, branching, build and release pipelines, ensuring deployment governance.
• Document all technical designs, deployment processes, and prepare operational handover materials to maintain clear knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of five years of direct experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Proven senior expertise as a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, Technical Lead, or equivalent CRM development role.
• Deep technical proficiency in custom CRM development, API integration, Azure cloud services, SQL Server, and enterprise application maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with both Dynamics 365 cloud solutions and on-premises CRM implementations.
• Strong skills in creating plugins, workflows, custom actions, PCF components, and scripting in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Competence in working with Web APIs, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages platforms.
• Solid understanding of integration architecture including API security, authentication techniques, authorization, and error handling protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, strong communications, and thorough documentation skills.

Additional Information

This is an offshore role aligned with UAE working hours, and initial recruitment is for eight positions.
