Your Role

As a Senior Distribution Manager, you will oversee the operational effectiveness of critical distribution channels such as OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, direct websites, and mobile platforms. You will ensure precise management of pricing, inventory, restrictions, and promotional campaigns across these channels to optimize sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage key distribution channels’ performance continuously.
• Maintain accurate pricing strategies, restrictions, inventory controls, and promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to optimize the channel mix and maximize profitability.
• Identify commercial opportunities and trends to enhance channel performance.
• Lead or contribute to projects involving new channel integration, connectivity updates, hotel onboarding, system migrations, and process automation.
• Work cooperatively with departments such as Revenue, Sales, E-Commerce, IT, Finance, and Reservations.

Candidate Profile

• Be authentic and true to yourself.
• Several years of practical experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, or e-commerce sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of OTAs, GDS, channel managers, CRS/PMS systems, wholesale, and direct booking channels.
• A strong commercial mindset coupled with the ability to analyze channel performance, cost of sales, rate parity, booking behaviors, and revenue impacts.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with a solution-focused outlook.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
