Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a strategic vision for the company’s security architecture encompassing product and enterprise security aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and develop a team of security architects and engineers located in Israel and the United States, promoting continuous growth and professional excellence.
• Manage the security champions program to enable employees across all departments to promote and apply security best practices.
• Supervise the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, integrating essential controls such as threat modeling and vulnerability scanning throughout software development phases.
• Conduct proactive security risk identification and mitigation by applying proper controls.
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to encourage the adoption of security protocols and drive the company’s security objectives.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the information security field, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity responsible for security architecture governance.
• Proficient knowledge of security architecture frameworks and methodologies, supported by exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to manage multifaceted security initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in leading security architecture efforts at a global scale, with expertise in cloud security architectures and technologies.
• Experience working in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments and familiarity with multi-cloud infrastructures is favored.
