Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop progressive, transfer, and line dies for metal stamping applications.
• Engage with clients for design reviews and provide follow-up communications as necessary.
• Offer technical assistance to machining, tryout, and build teams throughout the die production cycle.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of complete die designs to ensure traceability and quality.
• Create detailed process layouts based on part data to support manufacturing workflows.
• Develop trim lines and morph surfaces and provide troubleshooting solutions during design and production stages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tool design.
• Knowledge or background in metal stamping is considered a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in 3D design and solid modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with AutoForm software is a plus.
• Required experience with ProE/Creo 7.0.
• Exposure to NX software is advantageous.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation

The wage for this position ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
