About the Role
This position involves transforming a traditional monolithic .NET application into a sophisticated offline-first, event-driven platform. The architecture uses AWS microservices and Lambda in the cloud alongside in-store devices running various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Android.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for the team's codebase.
- Develop and improve AI-driven agents leveraging technologies such as Claude Code through Amazon Bedrock, Cursor, or Copilot to automate code reviews, enforce architectural standards, and resolve bugs within this stream of work.
- Align efforts with the broader "agentic SDLC" transformation objectives established by the organization.
- Manage AWS infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices and automate the deployment of pod services.
- Collaborate with the Pod Lead to enhance developer productivity tooling.
Candidate Requirements
- 7 to 12 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
- Proven hands-on expertise in working with large language model (LLM)-based coding agents like Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar—this role emphasizes extending AI capabilities into the software development lifecycle.
- Strong skills in AWS cloud technologies and CI/CD practices, including experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
- Familiarity with GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines is essential.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with agent orchestration platforms like LangChain or relevant open-source AI-SDLC tooling is advantageous.
