Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Developer / Architect based in Indore with over 3 years of software development experience and at least 1 year in a lead or architect role. This position involves owning the technical architecture and development of core components of a cloud-based GRC and Third-Party Risk Management SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, secure, multi-tenant SaaS systems.
- Lead architecture decisions spanning frontend and backend systems.
- Develop configurable workflow engines, forms, questionnaires, and risk scoring modules.
- Create REST and GraphQL APIs along with third-party integrations.
- Work extensively with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor engineering team members.
- Implement and advocate engineering best practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Optimize applications to efficiently handle large-scale enterprise datasets.
- Own the technical roadmap for assigned platform modules.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years in software development, including over 1 year in a leadership or architectural responsibility.
- Strong backend experience using .NET/C# or Java technologies.
- Proficient in frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.
- Expertise in designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Practical experience managing applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures and their challenges.
- Thorough understanding of application security concerns and enterprise-level system requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Cybersecurity, FinTech, or RegTech sectors.
- Experience creating workflow automation or no-code platforms.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and authentication protocols like SSO/SAML.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise SaaS application development.
