Role Overview

The Senior Designer will spearhead the creative vision for the Women's Underwear category, transforming market trends and consumer insights into appealing products. This role involves close collaboration with the Design, Merchandising, Research & Development, and Supply Chain teams to craft seasonal collections that are innovative and meet commercial targets. Additionally, the role includes leadership responsibilities to mentor a small design team and ensure project timelines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and creation of seasonal product lines.
• Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, fabrics, colors, and new product concepts.
• Develop products that strike a balance between creative expression, business objectives, and customer expectations.
• Present seasonal themes, color schemes, and overall range direction to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, R&D, Supply Chain departments, and external suppliers throughout product development.
• Guide and support the design team by providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
• Continuously seek improvements in processes to enhance product time-to-market efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or qualification in Fashion Design or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in a similar design role within a commercial setting.
• Experience leading or mentoring a creative team.
• Deep knowledge of product design and development processes.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong grasp of trends, fabrics, color theory, and product innovation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Adeptness at juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
