Role Overview
Join Srushti Tubes Private Limited, a company specializing in manufacturing and supplying industrial machinery and metal components, as a Senior Design Engineer focused on new product development. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of Design Engineers, boosting their skills and championing robust design procedures to deliver superior mechanical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and cultivate the capabilities of the design engineering team.
- Implement efficient and high-quality design standards.
- Ensure project deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.
- Aim for flawless machine delivery that aligns with customer requirements within stipulated timelines.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD for design creation.
- Strong aptitude in machine design and engineering calculations.
- Expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
- Efficient Bill of Materials (BOM) management using Tally software.
- Experience with drawing revision controls and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) systems.
Educational Eligibility
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Energy and Power Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
