  • Design and implement automated validation and monitoring systems to ensure model robustness, health, and long-term accuracy.
  • Lead the creation of next-generation automated data products, including self-correcting MMMs, leveraging modern AI and automation techniques to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with decision scientists and marketing leadership to translate complex modeling insights into understandable business actions.
  • Uphold high standards for code quality, model validation, and reproducibility to maintain trust in data science practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in advanced statistical, econometric, or time-series modeling, preferably with exposure to marketing measurement and MMM.
  • Strong theoretical foundation in statistics, causal inference, and regression; familiarity with probabilistic programming tools such as PyMC is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret scientific research and apply or refine state-of-the-art methods to practical data science challenges.
  • Expert Python programming skills focused on building modular, reproducible, and production-quality code for data science products.
  • Deep understanding of connecting technical outputs to commercial metrics and business objectives.
  • Master’s or PhD degree in a quant-heavy field such as Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
  • Effective communicator and confident presenter, skilled at bridging complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including leadership.
