Senior Customer Services Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and accountable individual to oversee Insurance and Mutual Fund operations at our Mumbai office. This position primarily involves backend processing, liaising with clients, and maintaining comprehensive investment documentation and records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Mutual Fund transactions, including SIPs, lump sum investments, and redemptions.
• Process quotations, proposals, and policy servicing tasks.
• Handle client documentation and perform KYC updates regularly.
• Coordinate efficiently with both insurance companies and clients.
• Maintain detailed records and Management Information Systems (MIS) using Excel.
• Engage in cross-selling activities targeting existing customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree, preferably in Commerce.
• Basic understanding of Mutual Funds and Insurance is favored.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
• Fundamental computer skills, specifically in MS Excel and email usage.
• Demonstrate honesty, discipline, and eagerness to learn.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documentation.
• Support account opening processes and compliance-related tasks.

Additional Information

• Experience Needed: Between 1 to 3 years in a related role.
• Compensation Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, dependent on experience.
• Working Schedule: Monday through Saturday, from 10 AM to 6:30 PM.
