Overview
The Detailing Gang, a leading premium car detailing service specializing in Ceramic Coating and Paint Protection Film (PPF) for luxury vehicle brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, and SUVs, is urgently seeking a Senior Customer Care Executive. This role is based in Okhla Phase-2, South Delhi and focuses on managing incoming customer inquiries without cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding PPF, Ceramic Coating, and related detailing services.
- Coordinate customer appointments and studio visits effectively.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up data using Google Sheets.
- Manage communication channels including WhatsApp, calls, and emails with professionalism.
- Draft emails and customer messages maintaining a high standard of communication.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a smart, presentable, and professional demeanor with melodic voice control and voice modulation.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and strong customer persuasion abilities.
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Care.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Google Sheets and email writing.
- Confidently communicate with premium and luxury car clientele.
Compensation and Working Hours
Salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month with additional performance incentives from ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 based on goal achievement. Working hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM six days a week.
Preferred Candidate Attributes
- Residing in or willing to relocate to South Delhi or surrounding localities such as Sarita Vihar, Badarpur, Jasola, and others nearby Okhla Phase-2.
- Stable professional background with previous experience dealing with premium or high-value customers.
- Interest in career stability and long-term growth.
