Senior Customer Relationship Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Customer Relationship Officer to join a rapidly expanding company. This role demands high energy and professionalism while engaging with a diverse customer base that includes corporates, multinational organizations, and educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions efficiently through phone calls and WhatsApp messaging, catering to clients nationwide.
• Engage confidently with high-profile customers such as corporate clients, star hotels, resorts, and large industrial multinationals.
• Prepare quotations using MS Word, Excel, and PDFs, along with managing computer-based website or online registrations.
• Maintain professional communication and documentation, emphasizing good writing and typing capabilities.

Essential Requirements

• Strong proficiency in computer usage and internet research skills is mandatory.
• Excellent English verbal communication is required; knowledge of additional languages like Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu is advantageous.
• Minimum experience of one year in a similar customer relationship role is preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, exhibit discipline, and demonstrate both hard work and smart working habits.
• Willingness to assume greater responsibilities and pursue growth within the organization.

Additional Information

• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Preference for candidates residing within 5 to 7 kilometers of the office location.
• Both male and female applicants are welcome.
• Salary ranges from 15,000 to 23,000 INR monthly, with added performance-based incentives.
