Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in the UKG Pro Workforce Management module. In this role, you will significantly contribute to the successful design and deployment of UKG Pro WFM solutions for clients, ensuring their workforce management goals are met with precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored UKG Pro WFM solutions aligned with client goals.
- Lead client workshops to analyze complex needs, configure software solutions, and deliver ongoing consultancy support.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and product expertise in UKG technologies.
- Apply best practices focusing on optimal functionality, seamless user experience, and integration efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the WFM consulting team to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Candidate Profile
You should have a robust interest in both the technological and human aspects of HR, payroll, and workforce management. Successful candidates will combine UKG Pro expertise with excellent client-facing consulting skills.
Requirements
- Demonstrated consulting or client experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions.
- Strong proficiency in functional areas of UKG Pro WFM such as time & attendance, optimized rostering, forecasting, and activity management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client and team relationships.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail ensuring quality delivery.
