Job Overview

We are expanding our SAP Digital Transformation team and seek an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Senior Consultant/Manager to lead design and delivery of planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud Planning. This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions focused on planning, forecasting, and integrating forecast results with upstream business processes, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Gather, analyze, and model client data including customer, financial, operational metrics, organizational structures, and access pathways.
• Apply various analytical tools and methods to extract quantitative and qualitative insights enhancing decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, and manage blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, support, and ongoing enhancements.
• Manage SAC project delivery timelines and lead project teams effectively.
• Create new management reports within SAP Analytics Cloud as necessary.
• Provide regular project updates to management, build strong client relationships, proactively identify project risks and issues, and recommend appropriate mitigations.
• Maintain organizational skills and multitask efficiently across multiple projects.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members.
• Foster close working relationships with clients to promote KPMG's reputation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience covering full lifecycle SAP implementation and support projects.
• Robust functional and technical expertise in Embedded SAC and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
• Experience leading two or more complete SAP implementations specializing in SAC/BPC.
• Proven skills in business process design, requirements elicitation, workshops facilitation, technical configurations related to planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation reporting.
• Experience deploying and supporting global SAP template solutions for large organizations.
• Functional leadership experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability in delivering innovative solutions for clients.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving aptitude combined with technical capabilities.
• Highly organized and logical thinker with effective teamwork abilities.
• Excellent command of English communication skills, able to translate technical matters for business audiences.
• Self-driven with ability to deliver results independently and meet deadlines.
• Capability to develop compelling presentations and communicate proposals across all management levels.
• Adaptable, flexible, resourceful, and results-oriented attitude.
• Experienced in collaborating within high-performance consulting teams in fast-paced environments.
