Senior Consultant - Management Consulting

The Management Consulting division at Teneo offers strategic guidance to senior leaders tackling critical business decisions. Our clients include FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 firms, key public entities, and leading private equity investors. Our services encompass strategic, operational, and due diligence consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead specific workstreams or oversee smaller projects with guidance from senior management.
• Formulate recommendations starting from hypotheses through to validation.
• Manage daily operations of case or workstream teams involving planning, task delegation, and mentorship.
• Operate independently requiring minimal supervision.
• Engage with junior and mid-level client contacts, managing everyday communication to ensure successful outcomes.
• Deliver presentations effectively to communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
• Assist in business development efforts including research, proposal writing, and thought leadership.
• Cultivate client relationships and support junior team members' development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, or similar advisory roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication proficiency.
• Proven teamwork, leadership, and ambition.
• Capability to handle workstreams independently and produce quality deliverables.
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Adept at working in fast-paced settings and able to challenge ideas constructively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence.
• Proactive in assuming responsibility for new and unfamiliar challenges.

• Preferred: Fluency in Arabic, entrepreneurial mindset, experience leading consulting workstreams, additional business-level language skills, sector preferences when applicable.
