Join our Consulting team specializing in HR Strategy & Technology to support organizations in redefining and future-proofing their HR functions strategically. We strengthen HR's role through expert strategy and process consulting, deep technological understanding, and the targeted use of artificial intelligence. We invite you to contribute to our shared success as a Senior Consultant HR Strategy & Operations based in Hannover, with options also in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Köln, München, and Stuttgart.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic questions related to efficient and innovative HR target operating models.
• Support clients through transformational change processes, considering global HR and HR technology trends.
• Design and conduct workshops and client meetings, create compelling presentations tailored for senior leadership, and assist companies in making strategic decisions regarding the future of their HR functions.
• Develop data-driven solutions leveraging qualitative and quantitative analyses, conduct interviews with clients and experts, apply modern data strategies, and utilize AI agents.
• Lead initial subprojects, taking responsibility towards clients and junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Contribute actively to the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and the continual development of our practice.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in consulting roles related to HR strategy and operations, including a successfully completed university degree.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy development, HR process design, HR operating model, organizational design, and service delivery models.
• Analytical and interpretative skills paired with excellent presentation and facilitation abilities, responsibility, and a strong team spirit.
• Project management capabilities, client relationship management, entrepreneurial mindset, and adaptability.
• Demonstrated strength in identifying AI potentials, critically evaluating them, and applying AI to create innovative solutions with measurable client benefits.
