Operating within a global network of over 10,000 professionals across 100 countries, the Valuation Modelling & Economics (VME) team delivers guidance on capital preservation, investments, acquisitions, and optimisation strategies. The Senior Consultant in Decision Modelling will contribute significantly to engagements that support critical business decision-making within various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and apply complex financial models and conduct in-depth financial statement and economic analyses.
• Analyze operational costs, income, expenditures, and macroeconomic forecasts using scenario and options analysis, cash flow, and risk assessments.
• Provide detailed financial modelling to support board and management reporting and aid strategic decision-making.
• Foster and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams while enhancing service delivery through technology and current trends.
• Identify potential business growth opportunities, participate in client proposals, and support projects including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and capital financing.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues, promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Holds a bachelor's degree with approximately 3 to 5 years of professional experience relevant to financial modelling and analysis.
• Strong quantitative and analytical expertise, ideally with academic background in Accounting & Finance, Taxation, Economics, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Familiarity with venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, strategy, or financial research is strongly preferred.
• Proven client management and business development experience.
• Ability to create strategic financial business plans and comprehensive financial models, including cash flow and capital investment risk assessments.
• Experience managing project budgets and guiding teams to meet deliverables efficiently.
