Senior Commercial Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join a leading global technology company based in Dublin, offering a hybrid work arrangement with two days onsite per week. This role provides a competitive salary of €95,000, with an excellent bonus and benefits package.

The organization is expanding rapidly and values commercial insight as a critical part of its strategic decisions. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering analytical leadership, working closely with senior commercial leaders to influence and drive corporate strategy through insightful data analysis. You will also have the chance to mentor and develop fellow analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive commercial analysis across different markets, partners, and revenue channels.
• Create and improve high-level reports tailored for Leadership Team and Board members.
• Interpret complex datasets to produce actionable strategic insights.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to enhance accountability and improve performance.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards, frameworks, and best practices across the company.
• Guide and develop the skills of Commercial Analysts, cultivating analytical expertise within the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in commercial analytics, commercial finance, strategy, or revenue analytics.
• Excellent commercial awareness and a proven ability to influence business outcomes through analytical insight.
• Strong experience presenting detailed recommendations to senior leadership audiences.
• Advanced skills in analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA, or a relevant postgraduate degree are highly desirable.
• Experience in mentoring or leading analytical teams is a plus.
