Role Overview

This full-time Senior Collection Executive position based in Visakhapatnam offers a hybrid working setup, blending onsite duties with some remote work flexibility. The incumbent will manage debt collection activities, follow up with clients on unpaid balances, and ensure prompt dues recovery while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Daily responsibilities include tracking accounts, analyzing payment trends, coordinating with finance staff, suggesting credit policies, and generating regular collection reports. The role also entails handling escalated overdue accounts, aiding in collection strategy development, and complying with organizational policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in credit control and financial account management, assessing customer credit risk.
• Experienced in debt collection processes including customer follow-ups, negotiations, and resolution of delinquent accounts.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with customers and internal departments.
• Analytical abilities to evaluate collection data, detect patterns, and suggest recovery improvements.
