About the Role

PaxeraHealth is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Senior Clinical Application Specialist with a background in Radiology Technology to join our innovative team. This role involves delivering software presentations, training sessions, and support related to our advanced medical imaging solutions to various clients. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal stakeholders regarding PaxeraHealth software.
• Lead webinars, workshops, and training sessions both remotely and on-site to educate clients on application usage and functionalities.
• Create engaging presentations, instructional videos, and other training resources to facilitate effective learning.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and development teams by collecting feedback and suggesting enhancements for future software improvements.
• Contribute actively to the product development lifecycle by providing critical client-based insights to product management and quality assurance teams to bridge product gaps.
• Develop comprehensive software documentation including user manuals and tutorial content to support client education.
• Participate in conferences and industry exhibitions to demonstrate PaxeraHealth’s imaging solutions, assist with product setups, and engage with customers during trade shows.
• Collaborate with technical teams and user groups to troubleshoot and resolve client issues involving hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in the English language for clear communication.
• Background as a radiology technologist or comparable clinical experience with a deep understanding of medical imaging challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
• Strong presentation capabilities alongside proficiency in sales techniques.
• Ability to comprehend and relay complex technical information effectively.
• Customer-oriented with proactive, hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically for client demonstrations and trade shows.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Team player with collaborative working skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and general IT applications.
