Overview
DeltaTechs Construction Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil construction projects, particularly focusing on high-rise buildings, throughout Mumbai, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of civil construction projects from initial planning stages through to execution, ensuring on-time delivery within financial limits.
- Supervise the site activities of high-rise building projects, monitoring progress closely while addressing and mitigating arising issues.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to develop comprehensive project plans, detailed schedules, and accurate budgeting.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and industry regulations during the entire construction lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 8 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of civil construction techniques and materials relevant to high-rise constructions.
- Exhibit a successful history in managing complicated projects from initial design through completion.
- Educational background should include a B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
