Overview
Join a dedicated software engineering team focused on building scalable and high-performance applications. This role involves solving advanced technical challenges related to software architecture, performance optimization, and distributed system design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade applications using modern C and C++ programming languages.
- Enhance system performance, focusing on memory optimization and multithreaded environments.
- Engage with distributed systems and network communications.
- Participate actively in software architecture design and key technical decision-making.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues affecting performance and system stability.
- Support quality assurance through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Candidate Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Substantial professional experience working with commercial-grade C and C++ software development.
- Sound understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and distributed system architectures.
- Proficiency in Linux-based development environments.
- Working knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, or socket programming.
- Familiarity with version control using Git, as well as testing and CI/CD practices.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and parallel programming techniques.
- Knowledge of Docker or containerization technologies.
- Basic scripting ability in Python or Bash.
- Familiarity with communication protocols and frameworks like gRPC, MPI, or messaging systems.
