Role Overview
The company is searching for a motivated Senior Business Development Representative who excels at generating and qualifying leads for commercial and enterprise accounts. This role requires a self-driven individual with proven success in sales prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply outreach strategies targeting current Docker users likely to purchase commercial licenses.
- Understand customer challenges and requirements.
- Gauge prospects' interest in Docker products.
- Arrange discovery meetings for sales teams and potential clients.
- Meet targets for qualified leads and new opportunities.
- Manage and qualify inbound interest in Docker offerings.
- Deliver a positive and valuable initial experience to prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year experience in sales, with a strong record of achievement.
- Proactive, driven, and detail-focused work approach.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone, writing, and listening abilities.
- Willingness to learn the industry and Docker's use cases and value propositions.
- Possesses high integrity and embraces a collaborative team mentality.
- Preferably holds a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
Onboarding Expectations
- First 30 Days: Onboarding with equipment setup, swag, and collaborative training. Learn usage of sales tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Common Room, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Docker. Engage in core SDR tasks including prospecting, qualifying leads, scheduling, and pipeline upkeep. Close mentorship and teamwork.
- First 60 Days: Focus on company research and territory-specific prospecting strategy development. Use multiple communication channels to engage target accounts and decision makers. Maintain deep knowledge of Docker products and effective pitching. Meet KPIs and prospecting criteria.
- First 90 Days: Attain confidence and independence in the role. Continue refining communication and processes. Become an expert lead qualifier and proficient with tools and workflows.

- European salary range is approximately €58,100 to €83,000 OTE plus equity.
