About the Role
Join Kelco Communications as a Senior Business Development Executive representing Vodafone in Tipperary. This role offers a dynamic sales career opportunity with on-target earnings exceeding €60,000, including uncapped commissions and a company car. You will be responsible for driving growth within the SME market by delivering tailored telecom solutions that keep clients competitive and connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities among small and medium enterprises.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, both existing and new.
- Assess client requirements and provide customized Vodafone products and services.
- Showcase a comprehensive range of offerings including mobile, broadband, and IoT solutions.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through to deal closure.
- Consistently achieve and surpass established sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Keep updated on industry trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telecom sector experience advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A goal-oriented approach with strong motivation to succeed.
- Capability to build trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must hold a full, clean driving licence valid in Ireland.
Compensation and Benefits
- On-target earnings estimated over €60,000, including a base salary between €35,000 and €37,000 plus unlimited commission potential.
