About the Role
Kelco Communications is seeking a motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join their expanding team in Waterford. Partnering with Vodafone, this role involves helping small and medium enterprises maintain connectivity and competitiveness through tailored telecommunications solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek and secure new business opportunities in the SME sector.
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assess customer requirements and provide customized Vodafone product offerings.
- Present a comprehensive range of telecom products, including mobile, broadband, and IoT services.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Regularly achieve and surpass individual sales targets.
- Ensure a superior customer experience at all stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor behavior.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales; telecom experience advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Driven by results with a commitment to success.
- Skilled at establishing trust and long-term client partnerships.
- Organized with effective time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Possession of a full, clean Irish driving license is mandatory.
Remuneration and Benefits
- On-target earnings exceeding €60,000 annually, combining base salary (€35,000-€37,000) plus uncapped commissions.
- Quarterly performance bonus totaling €4,000 per year.
