Overview

The Senior Business Developer role involves identifying and driving improvement and growth opportunities for a digital platform from a business standpoint. This includes translating market demands and business necessities into scalable solutions that foster platform expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Pinpoint and analyze opportunities to optimize and develop the platform aligned with business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations to harmonize platform advancements with company goals.
• Assess market trends and operational metrics to recommend data-driven improvements to the platform.
• Create precise business requirements, strategic suggestions, and proposals to steer feature development.
• Track and assess the effectiveness of introduced solutions and updates to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or Business Development roles in a digital or technology environment.
