About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai with over 5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate must have immediate availability to start. This position involves working closely with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring successful project delivery within the loyalty management domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements specifically within the iLoyal loyalty management platform.
- Develop and maintain relevant documentation and deliverables related to business analysis.
- Employ business analysis methodologies such as Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban, utilizing tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Visio, and Azure DevOps.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing and manage end-to-end testing cycles to ensure quality delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with vendors as part of project and process management.
- Define and clarify business scope during RFI/RFP processes to support procurement and vendor selection.
- Manage IT support escalations from the business side, coordinating with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Perform process mapping activities including creation of use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, and swimlane diagrams to visualize business processes.
