Role Responsibilities

• Collect and examine business requirements related to insurance products, including underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business teams, developers, QA personnel, and project managers, to convert business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analyses, develop process maps, and evaluate impacts to aid digital transformation initiatives and system improvements.
• Organize and lead requirement workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that implemented solutions meet business goals and comply with regulations.
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum meetings, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and contribute to the effective delivery of insurance technology projects.
