Role Overview

The Senior Bartender is accountable for managing daily bar operations, ensuring outstanding beverage quality, top-tier service, and excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include efficient beverage preparation, serving, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and adhering to company policies related to food safety, hygiene, and responsible service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Bar Manager or Restaurant Management by overseeing bar staff and coordinating daily duties.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to promote smooth operation during busy hours.
• Manage inventory, stock control, monitor beverage costs, and reduce wastage effectively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, respond professionally to customer requests, and resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain a welcoming and positive ambiance within the bar area.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably with prior senior or supervisory roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of beverages, bar functions, and standards of service.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership skills for coaching and guiding bar personnel.
• Understanding of hygiene, health, and safety protocols.
• Capability to efficiently handle inventory and manage beverage costs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance with a positive outlook.
• Keen attention to detail and dedication to maintaining service excellence.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
