Key Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks adhering to brand quality standards.
• Act as the welcoming face at the counter by greeting, assisting, and engaging customers warmly and attentively.
• Address customer inquiries, preferences, and occasional concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
• Train and mentor junior baristas on proper techniques, hygiene protocols, and service excellence.
• Oversee the beverage station’s upkeep including equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and managing inventory levels.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous barista experience, preferably in a café or specialty coffee environment.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Maintain composure and friendliness during busy periods and challenging customer interactions.
• Demonstrate ownership, cleanliness, and consistency in daily operations.
• Have a sincere passion for coffee and hospitality service.
