Role Overview

We are developing backend systems that shape player experiences on our platform through multi-tenant services that transform large volumes of player activities into engaging, personalized, and trusted interactions. The scope is broad and evolving, offering significant opportunity to influence new features as the platform scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create distributed backend services to drive player engagement on a multi-tenant platform.
• Build and enhance core platform features across diverse player-related domains such as engagement, personalization, and platform security.
• Process large streams of player activity data while integrating with internal systems like payments, game providers, and player information, as well as third-party applications.
• Work closely with product, frontend, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver dependable, end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in architectural design initiatives and influence technical decisions throughout the service ecosystem.
• Guarantee scalability, fault tolerance, and data accuracy, especially for critical features involving player balances and front-facing decisions.
• Develop and maintain clean, testable, and well-documented code in Go aligned with industry standards.

Candidate Profile

• Over six years of backend development experience, especially with high-throughput, real-time, or consumer-facing applications.
• Proficient in Go as your main backend programming language, with strong experience using gRPC and RESTful APIs.
• Well-versed in distributed systems, multi-tenant environments, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with consumer platforms focusing on engagement, personalization, and integrity is a plus.
• Comfortable in cloud-native development environments.
• Committed to software reliability, observability, and security best practices.
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with rules engines, real-time decision-making, or scoring systems.
• Background in fintech, real-time gaming, or other high-traffic consumer-facing products.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, including Kafka or similar message queuing technologies.
• Prior design and development of APIs supporting multi-tenant or white-label products.
