Job Overview

This role seeks an experienced full-stack engineer focused on backend technology, system integration, and application deployment to develop and improve AI-powered enterprise solutions within a secure industrial context. Responsibilities include creating resilient backend services, APIs, enabling real-time data processing and supporting container-based deployments with Docker and OpenShift/Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft, maintain, and secure backend services and APIs tailored for enterprise web applications
• Create and upgrade various application features such as dashboards, reporting tools, notifications, user workflows, admin functionalities, and AI-driven capabilities
• Connect applications seamlessly with enterprise data sources, operational platforms, document storage systems, and backend services
• Develop support for real-time or near-real-time data transmissions using APIs, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, and message queues
• Collaborate with AI/data teams to embed model results, analytics, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), large language model (LLM) functionalities, and monitoring within application processes
• Enable deployment using container technologies including Docker and OpenShift/Kubernetes, utilizing Git/Bitbucket version control, CI/CD pipeline automation, release management, and environment configuration
• Promote application stability and security by troubleshooting, monitoring, optimizing performance, applying patches, enforcing secure coding and testing standards, producing documentation, and coordinating with architects, frontend developers, DevOps, cybersecurity, and business units

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in backend or full-stack enterprise application development with strong proficiency in building scalable backend services using Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, or Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
• Advanced skills in designing and securing RESTful APIs including authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and handling enterprise-level integrations
• Hands-on experience with both relational and NoSQL database systems including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and TimescaleDB
• Familiarity with container orchestration and deployment environments like Docker and OpenShift/Kubernetes, complemented by a solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, version control strategies using Git/Bitbucket, code reviews, branching strategies, and managing release workflows
• Demonstrated aptitude in diagnosing and resolving production issues, optimizing performance, and addressing integration challenges within complex enterprise settings
• Strong knowledge of application security principles, vulnerability mitigation, and secure software development life cycles
• Capability to operate efficiently within organized enterprise frameworks observing processes for documentation, testing, quality assurance, and formal product acceptance
