Role Overview
We are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Associate to play a key role in delivering premium talent acquisition solutions within quantitative trading and technology sectors. This position places you at the heart of executing live recruitment mandates across quant research, trading, and technology roles, granting you deep market insight and engagement with elite quantitative professionals. You will also influence hiring strategies at some of the world’s most competitive trading companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and evaluate top candidates in quantitative research, systematic trading, machine learning, data science, and software engineering disciplines.
- Manage full lifecycle search projects alongside senior partners, including conducting market mapping and candidate delivery.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines across international quantitative markets.
- Generate detailed research reports, competitive market intelligence, and insightful analyses.
- Conduct structured interviews and comprehensive candidate assessments.
- Maintain strong, professional candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to business growth by recognizing new client opportunities and supporting strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 2 and 5+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or a similarly results-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with quantitative trading, fintech, or markets for technical talent.
- A research-driven approach combining curiosity, analytical thinking, and a focus on results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships.
- A proactive approach with strong motivation to thrive in a high-performance and meritocratic culture.
