Senior Associate - Family Law

About the Role

Our client is a reputable law firm boasting over 50 years of trusted service within the local community, now seeking an experienced Senior Associate to contribute significantly to the future growth of their Family Law division. This role involves managing comprehensive family law cases from initial client consultation through to settlement while ensuring the provision of superior legal advice. Experience in Wills & Estates is also considered advantageous.

About You

• Possess at least six years of post-admission experience or its equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in Family Law.
• Exhibit excellent skills in advocacy, negotiation, and legal drafting.
• Be commercially oriented with a proven record in developing and expanding a legal practice.
• Maintain an established client base and the capacity to transition existing clients and referral partnerships.
• Have a robust referral network and a consistent track record in generating new business opportunities.
• Hold leadership experience and a keen interest in mentoring junior legal professionals.
• Accredited Specialist qualification is valued but not mandatory.
