We are currently recruiting a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer for our Cities & Places division within the Building Services team based in Brisbane. You will join a dynamic, inclusive team that takes pride in delivering complex electrical design and engineering services across diverse sectors including healthcare, transport infrastructure, defence, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design and technical execution on complex building services projects, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical consultant interacting confidently with clients and key stakeholders to drive project success.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated, high-quality electrical solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Mentor and provide technical direction within the electrical team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Support business growth through effective project leadership, proactive client engagement, and assisting in securing new work.
• Advocate for Jacobs' core values, maintaining a strong focus on safety and excellence in delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated strong consulting experience in electrical and building services engineering within the Australian/New Zealand market.
• Proven track record in delivering projects in sectors such as health, transport infrastructure, defence, or data centers.
• Recognized as a senior technical expert with credibility and effectiveness in client-facing roles.
• Collaborative leader enthusiastic about mentoring and sharing expertise across the team.
• Commercially aware with a solid understanding of the ANZ market environment.
