Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Horticulture

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and overseeing horticultural and landscape upkeep throughout the airport grounds.
• Design, update, and manage landscape displays by carefully selecting, arranging, and replacing plants.
• Conduct routine site assessments to evaluate the health of plants, quality of landscaping, cleanliness, and overall visual appeal.
• Detect and diagnose plant health problems, pest infestations, diseases, and maintenance requirements; collaborate with contractors and colleagues to resolve these issues.
• Contribute to landscape enhancement initiatives, including trial plantings and sustainability projects.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols as well as best practices in horticulture.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years’ experience relevant to horticulture, landscape maintenance, or nursery management.
• Strong expertise in plant care, soil science, pest and disease management, and horticultural maintenance techniques.
• Keen eye for landscape design and plant selection suited to aesthetic curation.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor work settings on-site.
• Proactive disposition, keen observation skills, eagerness to learn, and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
