Job description
Role Overview
The Senior Assistant Store Manager position involves supporting the Store Manager to oversee all store operations, maximizing sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, shrink management, merchandising, and inventory adherence to company policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges between $21.60 and $21.85, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include paid sick time, paid vacation and holidays, bereavement and jury duty pay, contest prize awards, medical, dental and vision plans, employee assistance programs, and a 30% merchandise discount. Eligibility applies to bonuses and awards. Additionally, there is a college scholarship award available.
Work Schedule and Physical Requirements
This role requires up to 38 hours weekly. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. The position demands standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than eight hours daily.
