Role Overview
As a Senior Art Director, you will join our creative and consultancy teams to devise communication concepts and develop compelling creative ideas. You think beyond conventional boundaries while keeping the brand, target audience, and client requirements in focus. You will oversee projects from initial ideation and concept through artistic realization and execution, working closely with client advisers and management.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop innovative communication strategies in partnership with creative and consultancy colleagues.
- Manage projects from brainstorming to execution with attention to brand integrity and client goals.
- Work collaboratively with client service teams and senior management to ensure project success.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or equivalent qualification in design, communication, or related fields.
- At least five years of pertinent experience, preferably in an advertising or creative agency environment.
- Strong conceptual skills paired with confidence in design execution.
- Keen sensitivity to brand identity, typography, imagery, and modern communication trends.
- Proven ability to design across various channels and customer touchpoints.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Experience independently managing and implementing client projects.
- Capable of teamwork and coordinating staff and timelines effectively.
- Good command of English and general knowledge.
- Agile learner with self-directed work habits and poise under occasional deadline pressure.
- Open mindedness toward new technologies, creative tools, and the integration of AI in the creative process.
