About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Architectural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing and guiding architectural efforts on significant residential and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to standards and successful collaboration with various technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural processes across different project phases to guarantee quality and timelines.
• Coordinate effectively with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants to achieve cohesive project execution.
• Lead and mentor architectural teams to enhance productivity and technical performance.
• Assist in evaluating contractors and selecting appropriate materials to maintain project standards.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications and the Saudi Building Code regulations.
• Monitor and manage the progress of necessary permits, approvals, and fulfill project requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Have over 10 years of experience in architectural supervision.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience within Saudi Arabia.
• Preferred background includes involvement in major residential or commercial projects.
• Experience working in consulting firms is advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of the Saudi Building Code is essential.
• Holding a Saudi driving license and owning a vehicle is favorable.
