About the Role

A prominent architectural firm focusing on residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects is looking to hire a Senior Architect / Project Lead in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will be an RIAI Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years experience in residential, commercial, and retail developments. This position involves taking ownership of projects from initial design stages through to final delivery, while collaborating with a small project team and maintaining client engagements. Ensuring all work complies with current building regulations is essential. Flexible working arrangements are offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct design initiatives and oversee project execution across various sectors.
• Establish and nurture client relationships to guarantee project quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with a small team to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Supervise projects through planning approval to construction completion phases.
• Maintain compliance with building codes and regulations throughout project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Architect with RIAI accreditation and at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Proven expertise across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and retail architecture.
• Skilled in Building Information Modeling software such as ArchiCAD and Revit.
• Experienced in managing projects from conceptual design to completion.
• Strong communication abilities complemented by effective problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant building codes and legal regulations.
• A passion for forward-thinking and sustainable architectural design.
• Authorized to work in Ireland.
